Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (Nitrile) is a synthetic rubber developed as a substitute for Natural Rubber. It ofers good protection against organic solvents, oils, bases and animal fats. It also provides excellent resistance to abrasion, snags, punctures and cuts. Nitrile is an extremely versatile synthetic rubber and it is used to produce a wide range of Disposable, Unsupported, Supported and Coated gloves. Machine knit, nitrile-coated gloves are incredibly durable and offer excellent sense of touch. This Cordova Safety Products-brand 12-inch Tandem Chem™ glove features an 18-gauge, green, nylon shell and black, two-layer, sandy nitrile palm coating. Sandy nitrile is thick, coarse, and strong with excellent durability and grip.
